About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website, communications, estimates, scheduling tools, and exterior-cleaning services offered by Pressure Washing Eugene Co.
References to “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company” mean Pressure Washing Eugene Co. References to “you,” “your,” or “customer” mean the person visiting our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling work, authorizing a project, or purchasing our services.
When a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these website Terms of Use, the project-specific agreement will control for that project to the extent of the conflict.
Acceptance of the Terms
By using our website, submitting information, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, approving a proposal, or allowing work to begin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to authorize work at the property. When acting for an owner, landlord, tenant, business, property manager, homeowners’ association, or other party, you represent that you have permission to approve the work.
Permitted Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about our services, contacting us, requesting an estimate, and communicating about a current or potential project.
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, server, accounts, or connected systems.
- Upload, introduce, or transmit viruses, malware, harmful code, or disruptive material.
- Interfere with the website’s performance, availability, security, or normal operation.

Information on Our Website
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and useful. However, service descriptions, service areas, availability, pricing, promotions, timelines, images, and other content may change without notice.
Website content is general information only. It is not a guaranteed quote, property inspection, engineering opinion, restoration assessment, or promise that every stain, discoloration, coating, biological growth, or surface condition can be completely removed.
Before-and-after photographs and examples show individual projects. They do not guarantee identical results at every property.
Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing
Estimates may be prepared from information supplied by the customer, photographs, measurements, mapping tools, remote observations, or an in-person inspection. An estimate remains subject to confirmation of the actual site conditions and final scope of work.
Pricing may depend on square footage, surface type, access, contamination level, safety conditions, water availability, cleaning method, required treatment, equipment needs, and other project factors.
We may revise an estimate when the actual property conditions or requested work differ materially from the information originally provided. We will seek approval before completing material additional work that results in an additional charge.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, a quoted price does not include taxes, permits, restoration, repairs, specialty stain treatment, hazardous-material handling, water delivery, or services outside the agreed scope.
Scheduling and Service Availability
Requested appointment dates and arrival times are not guaranteed until we confirm them. Arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, equipment issues, previous jobs, property conditions, weather, staffing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may delay, suspend, reschedule, or cancel work when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. Examples include heavy rain, freezing temperatures, high winds, lightning, wildfire smoke, poor air quality, water restrictions, unsafe access, equipment failure, or legal restrictions.
Customer Responsibilities
Before our arrival, the customer is responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate project, access, billing, and property information.
- Obtaining permission from the property owner or another authorized decision-maker.
- Providing safe, lawful, and reasonable access to the service area.
- Unlocking gates and supplying any access instructions, parking details, or entry codes.
- Moving vehicles, furniture, decorations, grills, toys, planters, and other movable belongings.
- Closing and securely fastening windows, doors, vents, pet doors, and other openings.
- Keeping children, pets, visitors, employees, tenants, and other people away from the work area.
- Identifying known leaks, loose materials, damaged surfaces, sensitive landscaping, and fragile areas.
- Protecting valuable, delicate, electronic, or irreplaceable items that cannot be removed.
- Disclosing wells, septic systems, drainage concerns, electrical hazards, or restricted areas.
Additional charges or rescheduling fees may apply when our crew cannot safely or reasonably begin work because the property was not prepared as agreed.
Water and Utility Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer authorizes us to use suitable exterior water and electrical connections available at the property. The customer is generally responsible for ordinary utility costs associated with the work.
You must tell us before service if the property has a private well, low water pressure, unreliable plumbing, water restrictions, unusual drainage, or an electrical condition that could affect the work.
Surface Conditions and Cleaning Results
Pressure washing, power washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning can expose deterioration or discoloration that was previously hidden by dirt, algae, moss, mildew, oxidation, paint, or debris.
Results vary according to the surface material, age, porosity, condition, previous maintenance, coatings, stains, environmental exposure, and structural integrity.
We do not guarantee complete removal of every condition, including:
- Rust, oil, grease, paint, fertilizer, battery acid, or chemical stains.
- Oxidation, fading, chalking, weathering, or permanent discoloration.
- Efflorescence, mineral deposits, hard-water marks, or concrete variations.
- Deep organic staining, embedded growth, or contamination below the surface.
- Gum, adhesive, tire marks, graffiti shadows, or previously sealed stains.
- Conditions caused by moisture intrusion, pests, age, construction defects, or structural damage.
Specialty stain treatment, restoration, sealing, painting, or repairs may require separate pricing and may not be included in standard cleaning.
Pre-Existing Damage and Delicate Materials
The customer must disclose known damage or fragile conditions before work begins. Examples include loose siding, peeling paint, cracked concrete, damaged mortar, deteriorated wood, leaking windows, unsealed electrical fixtures, loose roofing materials, failing sealants, and damaged screens.
Certain materials may be unsuitable for high-pressure cleaning and may require low-pressure methods or may be declined entirely. These can include old paint, oxidized siding, aged wood, historic materials, damaged stucco, loose masonry, failing coatings, and delicate finishes.
We may refuse to clean an area that we reasonably believe cannot be serviced safely or without an unacceptable risk of damage.
Property Inspection and Documentation
We may inspect, photograph, or record the work area before, during, and after service for condition documentation, quality control, safety, training, billing, business records, and dispute resolution.
Project images may be used for marketing only when permitted by applicable law and any agreement with the customer. You may notify us in writing before service if you do not want identifiable project images used for promotional purposes.
Changes to the Scope of Work
Work not included in the original estimate is considered additional work. This may include extra surfaces, stain treatment, moving heavy objects, extensive preparation, additional chemical applications, restoration, or return visits caused by customer-requested changes.
Additional work may require a revised price and schedule. Whenever reasonably practical, we will obtain approval before performing chargeable work outside the original scope.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please contact us promptly when you need to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation, trip, or rescheduling fee may apply when notice is provided too close to the appointment, special materials have already been purchased, or our crew has already traveled to the property.
Any applicable deposit, cancellation, or rescheduling terms will be stated in the estimate, booking confirmation, invoice, work order, or service agreement.
We may cancel or reschedule due to unsafe conditions, denied access, inaccurate information, abusive conduct, nonpayment, legal restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, work order, or service agreement. Unless different terms are agreed to in writing, payment is due when service is completed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing estimates and invoices and promptly reporting billing questions. Past-due balances may be subject to lawful late charges, collection costs, lien rights, or other remedies disclosed in the applicable agreement or allowed by law.
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, the customer agrees to make a reasonable effort to contact us and resolve the issue directly.
Service Concerns and Opportunity to Inspect
Please inspect the completed work promptly. Any concern relating to our service should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours after completion.
We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, correct a verified service issue. New contamination, staining, damage, weather exposure, or third-party work occurring after we leave is not considered a service defect.
No Professional or Structural Advice
Our comments about stains, roofing, siding, concrete, drainage, moisture, landscaping, or property conditions are not engineering, architectural, environmental, roofing, plumbing, mold-remediation, pest-control, electrical, or structural advice.
You should consult an appropriately licensed professional when a property may contain hazardous materials, structural defects, active leaks, interior mold, lead-based paint, asbestos, electrical hazards, or other specialized concerns.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to maps, payment processors, review platforms, scheduling tools, social networks, suppliers, or other third-party services. These services operate independently and have their own terms, privacy practices, and security measures.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services.
